No Cloud Storage Video
Troubleshooting steps when no cloud storage video data is being generated.
If your cloud storage is not recording any video, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
-
Check the motion detection and upload settings. Make sure the switch on the "Motion Detection" interface is turned on, the "Motion Detection" video recording is enabled, and the "Upload Video" switch is turned on. After confirming all of the above are turned on, walk back and forth in front of the camera to trigger motion detection and check if new data is generated in the cloud storage video.
-
Toggle the "Upload Video" switch. If no new cloud storage video data is generated in the first test, try turning off "Upload Video" and then turning it back on. Walk back and forth in front of the camera again to trigger motion detection and check if new cloud storage video data is generated.
-
Unbind and re-bind the cloud storage. If there is still no new cloud storage video data generated, unbind the cloud storage, then re-bind it. Walk back and forth in front of the camera to trigger motion detection and check if new cloud storage video data is generated.
-
Contact support. If after the above steps there is still no new cloud storage video data generated, please provide your username, password, and camera password information to Customer Support. We will investigate in the background to find the reason why no video was generated.
